Living Our Best Life

Have we protected ourselves so much from discomfort that we can’t move in our lives.

I have been really working through how I feel everyone is moving forward around me and it isn’t that they are moving forward and I’m not, it’s that I am defining what my work is and how I am moving forward.

I was speaking to a friend of mine today and she was talking about a situation where a family that she knows is “lazy”.  They weren’t doing much.  They were not disciplined.  They couldn’t do simple chores.

What I want to say to that is, I understand.  This winter was a real time of hibernation and change within and what it gave me was a better understanding of the compassion that I have for those people that aren’t living their best lives.  Because I had to do some real ancestral healing, some energy shifting, mental healing, emotional support and spiritual growth in order to just live in this world as it is today.  And I am working on living my best life but I had shedding to do.

My purpose on this earth is to work with people to spiritually open to their inner selves so that they can lead a life learning their resistances, gaining discipline (self), healing their family patterns, holding their boundaries and loving themselves through all of life’s challenges.  Embracing their emotions, and getting connected to the earth.

In my experience we are not living as whole and healed humans and look, I include myself in this.  It is my calling to work with people to set of suite of values that is important to them to live by and be in integrity with themselves.  To help them with tools to connect with their soul and their soul’s purpose.  To connect to the wisdom of the earth so that we may apply it to our lives.

This is a big subject to unpack but I keep hearing practical.  I need to help on a practical level so that it useable.  So that we can do simple and difficult things in life with unconditional loving support of our spiritual team and Source.  So that we can gain confidence in the steps that we take in our life.  Because, being in resistance and not moving physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritual is just as a result of what we learned as teens.  It is a way that we need to rewire and reprogram within our selves so that we can face those things in life that are stopping us in our tracks.  So like the Wolf, be smart, move from stopping in your tracks, heal those ancestral bonds, and hold your boundaries with great amount of sovereignty while being in community.  The Wolf knows how to teach us to parent ourselves so that we can walk our Red Path with great discernment and the voice to do what we need to be done for ourselves.  The Wolf also does this with a great amount of love, compassion and wisdom.  There is much we can learn from the Great Wolf.

I dedicate this heart felt writing to the Great Wolf.  Thank you for showing me how to walk in wellness.

In humble service,
